Important note. If you are paying a statement for visit dates prior to 1/8/2024, please call the clinic at 479-202-0337 to pay by phone.
If you were a patient who had visit dates PRIOR to 1/8/2024 and AFTER you could receive two statements. This is normal because we changed our medical records program. Please call to get an accurate balance and to settle your account.
